Groceries for Coupons: Their real Value

Today I want to talk about the true value of a grocery coupons from the manufacturers perspective. To do that you have to ask the question why would they want to give away products or a portion of their profits? The answer for them is a no-brainer: To get you to try their products. Similar to loss leader products at the grocery store coupons may cause them to actually lose profits initially but they hope to gain you as a loyal customer once you try it and like it.

I must confess I have been guilty of buying a product because I got a good deal with never having the intention of ever buying it again. Guess what? They got me on at least more than one product that I was ONLY going to try but liked it enough to continue using it. The goal is to at least get people to try it even if it means a loss. It works for them and sometimes me too when I become a satisfied customer. As always keep watching for those coupons because some manufacturers continue to distribute even after the initial launch of their new products.
